Corporate Governance

Investorfirst recognises the importance of good corporate governance practices and is committed to high standards of corporate governance. To this end, Investorfirst has reviewed the corproate governance practices of the Group in light of the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Principles and Recommendations (2nd Edition) released in August 2007.

The Principles and Recommendations provide a general reference in determining good practice. Where possible, Investorfirst complies with the Recommendations. In areas where it is appropriate Investorfirst will depart from the Principles and Recommendations. Reasons for any such departures will be explained in the Corporate Governance Statement in the Annual Report.
